Hmm I was always wondering about this: if you are a female like me, what is the best type of personal trainer for you. If you just google the "personal trainer" you get all these website of these of shave head body builder guys, but yet it seems that most of the personal training clients are ladies, am I right?

Have you seen those folks who desperately try to loose weight, and eat salads all the time? Well they eat salads but then put all the goodeis on it, and have a large frappuchino afterwards. Guys, this is not the way to do it. You would be better off with a cheese burger... you need to have a better plan!

Hey guys, I would also recommend you to try a cellulite cream. After one month of using this cream twice a day you can notice up an inch reduction around butt, thighs, and stomach. I have used this cream in the morning and at night after bath or shower. My favourite brands are - Avon, Vichy or Clarins. Have a good one!

Try to drink water with lemon because it burns calories or infused into skin care, it can improve the texture of wrinkles and clear out your pores.
